Smoked Bacon and Egg

 

 

Ingredients

・3 slices of homemade bacon, sliced into 5mm pieces

・2 eggs

 

Instructions

  1. Heat a frying pan and sear both sides of the bacon until golden brown.

  2. Crack the eggs into the pan with the bacon grease and cook them sunny-side up.
